Refund policy
At Liquidation Source Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and quality merchandise. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that:
- Arrive damaged during shipping.
Are defective and not functioning as described.
Are materially different from the product description.
Were shipped incorrectly.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Returned with all included accessories, packaging, and documentation when applicable.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the description:

Clearance items.
Liquidation merchandise sold "as-is."
Customer-return inventory sold as customer returns.
Open-box items where the condition was accurately disclosed.
Bulk lots, pallets, and truckload purchases.
Gift cards.
Downloadable products or digital goods.
Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product listing.
Return Request Process

Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective).
We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, a defective product, or shipping damage, we will cover return shipping costs.
For approved discretionary returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Product availability may vary due to the nature of liquidation inventory.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
