Pallets and bulk inventory: 5–15 business days depending on destination and carrier availability.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once the order has shipped.
Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor shipment status.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to locations where our selected carriers provide service.
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, destination, or applicable regulations.
Freight Deliveries
For pallet, bulk, and truckload orders:

Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, lift-gate service, limited access locations, or re-delivery requests.

Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing delivery documents.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If an order arrives damaged, customers should contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photographs of:
- Product damage
Packaging damage
Shipping labels
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Liquidation Source Inc. is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
